I’m very interested in visiting Giuliano di Roma as, my grandparents and aunt were all born in the village before they emigrated to the United States, where my father was born.
This is my first trip to Italy and I’m currently in Verona, staying with a friend and her family.
I am wondering if La Preta Nera might have any availability for one person starting Saturday or Sunday 5-6 September, or anytime next week. Alternatively, if you’re all booked up, do you have any suggestions on where I can stay in the village?
Also, I am wondering if you might be able to advise me on how to get to Giuliano di Roma from Rome on public transport.
I’m very much looking forward to my visit. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to see where my father’s side of my family is from. I would be grateful for any information and/or assistance you are able to provide.
